EmployBridge is excited to partner with our bindery client in the Berryville, VA area.  We are currently recruiting for a Bindery Supervisor:

Generate reports for production analysis Supervises the manufacturing and packaging of all books Inspects quality and approves finished product prior to shipping  Monitor production capabilities of equipment for efficient and quality oriented production Makes safety, quality, equipment, and scheduling decisions when necessary Assigns work and directs the activities of employees within areas of responsibilities Work with superintendent to coordinate an efficient flow of all jobs through manufacturing Counsels and disciplines employees as needed Promptly informs Bindery Shift Superintendent of all significant activity within areas of responsibility Ensures all company policies and standard operating procedures are consistently followed Approve employee work time in KRONOS
